Local 772 is announcing the promotion of Firefighter David Dow to the rank of Lieutenant.

Lt. Dow was a firefighter on A Crew at Central Station. He will be assigned to Station 5 after his training period of three months. He fills the spot vacated by the resignation of Lt. Randy Lowe.
